We are always pleasantly surprised at the creative ways our site builder is used. While we know that the staff here are busy helping musicians create their website, it’s still nice to see some of these uses. It is amazing how much good work goes on in our community outside the music scene. It is wonderful to have so many interesting creators, healers, teachers, and makers contributing to BZ.
It is important to maintain balance in your life. I am so impressed by the sitebuilder on Bandzoogle. We’re excited to feature some incredible projects that BZ hosts (and supports). This may inspire some musicians to create websites for their side projects.
Bandzoogle is also open to everyone—no musician is required to use the robust site builder. I use BZ to create websites for my band, artistic practice, and mending collective.
A La Mode Collections
A La Mode Collections is a wonderful site for someone who loves vintage decor and furniture. It’s also exciting to see that decor rentals are offered on a Bandzoogle website! This is an excellent example of the evolution of the sharing economy in recent years. It has become a cost-saving alternative and an environmentally conscious alternative to buying, especially new.
The Beckett-inspired minimal design showcases A La Mode’s Collection, which includes exquisite rattan furniture and textile treasures. Their custom logo is a great way to introduce this carefully curated website.
Relational Being
The words and wisdom on the Relational Being website will certainly soften your heart if this header image doesn’t. This site’s aesthetic choices really set the mood for self-reflection and healing that occurs in this space. The fonts are low contrast, which makes the text more gentle to read. The beautiful owl symbol is repeated at the top and the bottom of every page to ground your experience. Annu’s choices show the love and care he puts into his lessons.
Coffee, hip-hop, and mental health
The organization’s bio clearly states: “The CHHAMH goal is to encourage communities to depack and rebuild their minds through normalizing sharing their feelings in various forms of therapy.”
CHHAMH has created Custom form features for their website to make bookings and accessing therapy easier. This site really shows the wide range of uses for this feature.
Furley
Furley’s restaurant website is an excellent example of how images make a simple site cohesive and elegant. This site is dotted with delicious photos that will make you drool (just a bit …).). They also support their local community with weekly yoga classes, events, and a farmers’ market. Amazing!
Kim Paige Creates
Kim Paige created a warm, beautiful site to display her stained glass. If you’re thinking about setting up a store to sell unique pieces, this is a good idea.
Tiffany Dawn
Tiffany Dawn is a YouTuber, Author, and Speaker who promotes a positive body image. She also works with healthy relationships. You can feel the positive energy as soon as she opens her homepage. The custom color palette that she used for the spotlight theme perfectly echoes the look of both her book covers.
To Be Frank Textiles
As a textile designer myself, I was excited to see that another weaver used Bandzoogle. Rachel Findlay did a great job using images and theme colors to show the warmth and texture in her work. Transparency of the background sections allows the texture to spread throughout the site while keeping the text easily readable.
Clue Kingdom
The Panic Room UK, which had to shut down their brick-and-mortar Escape Room business in March, jumped on the opportunity. The Panic Room (UK) has created several online escape rooms, including CLUE KINGDOM utilizing Bandzoogle’s not-in menu and password-protected Pages. These simple tools can create a world that is so complex.
Studio 8 Fitness
Studio 8 Fitness’ mission is to create an environment that encourages positive thinking and empowerment. This is evident in all the custom touches they have added to their website, such as the section styling and their custom logo. It is always best to use a separate logo from the header image so that text does not get cut off when viewed on smaller screens. The subpages are also a great way to present all their offerings and classes. You can even purchase class passes directly from these pages.
Small Engine Cams
I’m not sure about you, but I love machines. Small Engine Cams is a fascinating site to explore. They sell and manufacture specialty parts for small machines and engines. The Store section of their website is a huge success, with hundreds of products. Super neat!
You may believe that Bandzoogle Sitebuilder only applies to bands. Think again! You are welcome in the Bandzoogle Community, whether you are an author, visual artist, escape room chef, small engine parts manufacturer, teacher, or escape room company. We’re proud of the amazing work shared on our platform and are happy to help people realize their visions. Browse our member review for examples of amazing band-specific sites.
