Our support team has been a cornerstone of Bandzoogle for 17 years—a very long time in the tech industry. We’ve known for a long time that our support team is a key part of Bandzoogle’s service. After all, we have been around for over 17 years—an incredibly long time in the tech industry.
Chris, our founder, created Bandzoogle to make it easier for him to post content on behalf of his band members and label mates. Stacey, our CEO, was our first support technician.
In the early years of Bandzoogle, our support was so small that you could only count the people on one hand. Now, we have 15 employees worldwide, from Canada, Argentina, England, Europe, and New Zealand.
If you contact support through our live chat, you are likely to talk to someone just like yourself. We are all committed to providing high-quality support. It is important to us.
It’s with great pride that we announce that the Bandzoogle Support team has won the coveted Stevie(r) Awards. They have been awarded Silver for Front Line Customer Service Team for the Year for the Tech InduYear Year for 2020.
The Stevie(r) Awards is the premier business award in the world. Established in 2002, it recognizes and honors the positive contributions and achievements of working professionals and organizations worldwide.
Last Year, over 2,600 companies in 48 countries competed for the YearStevie Awards. We know that we were up against some very strong competitors. This makes the award all the more impressive.
We wouldn’t have been able to win this award without our Bandzoogle members. We do what we’re doing because we want to help you create music websites. Our team has now been awarded, and we would like to thank you all for your support as we accept the award.
